These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the foam roof estimate calculator and related website (the "Site") operated by Durafoam Roofing, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Estimates are non-binding

The pricing produced by the calculator is a non-binding budget estimate generated from the information you provide. It is intended to give you a general sense of cost and is not a quote, contract, or offer to perform work at the displayed price.

Actual project pricing depends on factors that can only be assessed during an on-site inspection, including but not limited to the existing roof condition, substrate, access, slope, code requirements, repairs needed, material costs at the time of work, and scope adjustments. Final pricing will be provided in a written proposal after inspection.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate foam roofing for your property. You agree to provide accurate information when using the calculator and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Using the calculator does not create a contractor-client relationship; that relationship begins only after a written agreement is signed.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the calculator itself — is owned by Durafoam Roofing, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all estimates are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will match final project costs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durafoam Roofing, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or your reliance on any estimate produced by the calculator. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Durafoam Roofing, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
